A little bit about Tri-Star
By way of introduction, please welcome Tri-Star Community Management, LLC (“Tri-Star”), formed effective January 1, 2022, and located in Montgomery County, Texas. We are composed of a team of professionals bringing 57 years of industry experience to the table. We are a locally owned boutique firm, delivering advanced administrative support, banking, and accounting services, with online access to Board of Directors and residents.
Our Mission Statement: To bring positive impact and meaningful value to every community, looking for opportunities to help resolve issues and educate our Boards of Directors, contractors, and committee members, with our ultimate goal being quality, not quantity.
Diversified professional and educational backgrounds, with multi-disciplinary technical skills enabling Tri-Star to provide the maximum value to each of our single-family residential communities.
Professional staff includes personnel with financial, legal, banking, management, architectural, governmental, and marketing experience.
Our staff hold national certifications, such as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Manager Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community of Association Manager (PCAM).
We are affiliated with the Community Association Institute (CAI), allowing us to provide essential tools, updates on new laws, and aid to your Boards with their fiduciary duty and responsibility in the decision-making process for your community. As professionals, we will help the Board preserve assets, maintain property values, establish continuity, and assist with operational and financial matters.
Provide top notch customer service, with local expertise enabling ability to meet the unique needs of each community, and enlisting effective communication, with timely responses to calls, emails, and regular financial updates.
